Noting the community's distaste for extremely long respawn timers, and seeing how the tides of matches seem to change because of them, the developers have decided to experiment by tweaking them. Moving forward, Respawn time at the 20-minute mark and beyond has been reduced to 40 seconds from 45 seconds.

Significant changes have also been made to players' interaction with Urns. Now, upon pickup, Urns no longer reveal a player's location immediately. The changes mean that the location will only be revealed 20 seconds after the initial pickup.

Furthermore, Seven's oppressive kit has also been tuned down. The Deadlock Patch Notes also indicate that the effectiveness of his Lightning Ball has been reduced. Lighting Ball Tier 3 upgrade now only allows for a +1 meter range instead of +2 meters.

Shiv's stats have also been balanced with the latest update. His decay statistics have been tweaked, his Rage decay rate has been increased from 0.25 to 0.3, and his Rage buffer duration reduced from 12 seconds to 10 seconds.
