During the interview, the host, Gojj, asked the devs what they thought about pay-to-win mechanics. This was a big question on the community's mind, especially considering the game's hero-shooter system.
To this, Shadow, one of the developers responded by saying:
"Okay. So we will steer very clear away from pay-to-win and we will try to build the Delta Force game as fair as possible. And we will never add something like booster packs in the game. Except for stuff like Cosmetic items in the future. And that's for the multiplayer part. For the single-player part, it will be premium content with no microtransactions at all."
For now, the devs have taken a stance against the common pay-to-win practices followed in the industry, as despite having hero-shooter mechanics, most items can be unlocked by playing the game. The only items that the developers are planning to lock behind a paywall are cosmetics like gun skins.

The developers at Team Jade have revealed a surprising list of updates for the game today, including new Delta Force Hawk Ops Maps and Operators. The team's dedication can already be seen in the polished Alpha test, which battlefield veterans seem to love. Yet, whether or not the devs will be able to maintain the momentum is something that only time can tell.
