Progressing through the Zenless Zone Zero story quest subjects you to hours of exploration in the HDD system and countless battles. One of the upsides to taking on the challenges is the unique characters you meet along the way. Likewise, you come across the members of Belobog Heavy Industries after initiating Chapter 2 of the story quest.

They bring along many chaotic endeavors packed with commissions. One of their missions requires you to “deploy the three heavy machines” within the boundaries of the Hollow Deep Dive. How to deploy the three heavy machines in Zenless Zone Zero

The objective to deploy the three heavy machines appears in Chapter 2’s Trace to the Source quest in Zenless Zone Zero. You can access the mission after reaching Inter-Knot Level 26. It might take a while to meet the requirement, since you must clear all the previous commissions in the process.

However, the mission will pop up as soon as your account hits level 26. To initiate the 'Trace to the Source' Investigation, access the Hollow Deep Dive System at the video store. The very first objective of the quest is to deploy the three heavy machines within the TVs.

The first machine will be stationed where it should be, so you don't have to make any changes. Instead, chart out the routes to reach the other two and use the temporary control device to position them accordingly. These machines can penetrate walls but cannot withstand a bomb, so avoid the explosives as much as possible.

• Go left twice
• Go down twice
• Go left thrice
• Wait for the wall to break and go left thrice again.
• Go up once
• Go left once
• Go up once again
• Go left twice

Control device inputs

• Push the lever up four times.
• Push the lever to the right six times.
• Push it down once.
• Push it right once.
