Recently, developer Hideo Kojima has released a wave of speculation regarding the release of their latest game, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. At the game awards which took place in Las Vegas in the last week, Hideo presented and announce the online multiplayer feature which will be released along with the game, Metal Gear Online. During his presentation, he was wearing a T-Shirt that lead many fans to believe that MGS: V will be released on June 2, 2015.

The message which was printed on the T-Shirt was “tjugoandra den sjätte", which is Swedish for "twenty-second and sixth". With Kojima being so notorious about the game and giving clues in plain sight to the fans, it is so unsurprising that this has caused so much speculation. Kojima has been continuosly teasing the fans with a number of events of the game like revealing information of Pain or when they brought a female voice artist to record for Pain even when the fact is revealed that Pain cannot speak. We hope that the developers will officially announce details regarding the release of the game.
