• 1 Slush Ice
• 1 Dreamlight Fruit
• 1 Sugarcane

Out of all the required ingredients, wheat is the easiest to collect. It can be bought from Goofy's stall in Peaceful Meadows, the first biome of the world, for 3-star coins. You can buy both wheat as well as wheat seeds from Goofy's stall, with the seeds taking less than a minute to grow in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Next on the list is Slush Ice. To do this, you need to unlock Chez Remy. Complete a few friendship quests to reach level 10 friendship with the chef. Once you reach level 10 friendship, you'll unlock the quest "The Unknown Flavor." During this quest, you'll be required to make ice cream by combining Snowballs and Purified Night Shard Powder. Last on the list to make Dream Fizz in Disney Dreamlight Valley is sugarcane that you can buy in seed form from Goofy's stand in Dazzle Beach for five Star Coins. After planting and watering them, the sugarcane will be ready for harvest in just seven minutes.
