Players will need to have an active PlayStation Plus membership because Concord is going to be an always-online Multiplayer game that doesn't feature content for solo play (offline campaign). When is Concord's open beta coming out?

The open beta is going to be available starting on July 18, 2024, at 10 am PT. In comparison to the early access beta, players don't need to pre-purchase the game in order to enjoy the open beta as it's completely free.

However, those looking to save some time by pre-loading the open beta on PS5 or PC can do so by actually pre-ordering the game. In short, they can buy it, and they will get a pre-load option to actually install the open beta before it's officially available to download.

Those who don't want to purchase the 5v5 hero shooter, yet, can simply wait for the exact time when the open beta will go live. Then they can download and install the file.
