The game manages to perfectly blend 2D and 3D gameplay as it seamlessly switches between the two perspectives. The plot of The Plucky Squire revolves around Jot and his friends, who are storybook characters that have come to life.

There are a lot of people who are excited to play this game and many are wondering if it will feature a co-op mode. Unfortunately, The Plucky Squire is listed as a single-player game on the Xbox store, so this rules out the possibility of a co-op mode being available upon release.

"The Plucky Squire follows the magical adventures of Jot and his friends – storybook characters who discover a three-dimensional world outside the pages of their book."

The game's main hero Jot has to protect his friends from Humgrump, who is the antagonist. The game will be released for Xbox Series X/S, PC, Switch, and PlayStation.
