One highlight of the Dota 2 Crownfall Act III event is the Sleet Fight II: Immortal Combat encounter. Hosted on the Frosts of Icewrack overworld map, this event combines the elements of Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter within the Valve game's environment. In it, players must choose a fighter among five Dota 2 heroes and K.O. their opponents in a typical 2D 1v1 fighting fashion.

The steps to launch Sleet Fight II: Immortal Combat are as follows:

Stay on the main menu and hit The Frosts of Icewrack UI to open the overworld map. Use the required Token to advance to the second path.
On the left side, you'll stumble upon the Sleet Fight II: Immortal Combat encounter.
After a small dialogue interaction, its interface will be displayed.
Click on the Fight! option to advance to the Choose Your Fighter screen.

Special abilities and control move list

Each fighter boasts special abilities that can be taken advantage of to turn the tide of a losing battle. They can be activated by using certain key combinations.

The basic moves for all the heroes are as follows:

Block - DOWN ARROW and LEFT ARROW (HOLD). After using Swap on Venge, DOWN AREA and RIGHT ARROW (HOLD).
Dash - RIGHT ARROW + RIGHT ARROW
Backdash - LEFT ARROW + LEFT ARROW

All heroes share the same controls for most spells except Tusk and Dawnbreaker.

Story Mode Breakdown

Set a new high score by overwhelming your opponents (Image via Valve)

In Dota 2 Sleet Fight II: Immortal Combat after, confirming your fighter, you'll be asked to select a style. Styles refer to specific sets characters can be adorned with. Hence, you can choose any style and start the Story Mode. You'll then face other heroes one by one in best-of-three matchups.

Points will be added to your total score depending on your performance. Upon defeating the four heroes, your fighter will be challenged by a lookalike bearing a different style. Winning this final fight will complete the Sleet Fight II: Immortal Combat Story Mode, and you'll be awarded points.

You'll receive the following rewards after completing the Story Mode:

7,000 points: One random The Frosts of Icewrack Token
21,000 points: One random Frosts of Icewrack Token, Pixel Tusk Showcase Decoration
35,000 points: Three random Frosts of Icewrack Tokens

Multiplayer Mode in Sleet Fight II: Immortal Combat

After Tusk's introduction as the host for Sleet Fight II: Immortal Combat, this encounter's interface will be displayed. Select the MULTIPLAYER tab to open the "Challenge your friends to a fight!" board. Click the CHALLENGE option next to a friend's name to start the match against them. However, you can only challenge friends who are on the Dota 2 main menu.

You can also choose the Local Multiplayer option to play co-op on the same screen.
