Some heroes got buffs to improve their gameplay, while others have been hit with nerfs that may see their pick rate potentially fall drastically. 1) Drow Ranger

  • Multishot: Multishot’s projectile speed increase from 1200 to 1300 makes Drow’s already lethal burst damage even harder to avoid.
  • Talent: Gust's self-movement speed boost from 40% to 50% at Level 20 makes her even more elusive and dangerous in the late game.

2) Sniper

  • Scattershot (facet): The increase in Shrapnel’s movement slow from 30/40/50/60% to 30/45/60/75% enhances Sniper’s kiting ability, making it easier to chase and escape.

3) Medusa

  • Mana Pact (facet): The increase in Mana Shield’s attack speed bonus per second from 3% to 3.5% and max attack speed from 30% to 35% significantly boosts her damage output during fights.

4) Mars

  • Victory Feast (facet): The increase in Arena of Blood’s health restored from 20% to 30% makes Mars even more formidable in team fights, offering better sustain and survivability.

5) Lone Druid

  • Unbearable (facet): True Form’s bonus attack speed increase from 10% to 15% makes both the hero and his Spirit Bear more threatening, particularly in prolonged engagements.

6) Faceless Void

  • Time Zone (facet): This facet got significant buffs; the cast range increased from 500 to 625, the radius expanded from 800 to 900, and attack speed manipulation improved from 50/100/150 to 70/110/150. These changes enhance his early game effectiveness and overall versatility.

1) Clockwerk

  • Power Cogs: Power Cogs' cooldown now scales from 15s to 21/19/17/15s and the mana burn reduction at early levels nerfshis early game harassment and control potential.
  • Talents: The Level 10 talent Power Cogs cooldown reduction decreased from 3s to 2s further hampering his utility.

2) Bounty Hunter

  • Track: The reduction in Track's duration from the 30s to 25s and damage amplification decrease from 8/14/20% to 6/12/18% lowers his team’s ability to capitalize on marked targets.

3) Dark Seer

  • Wall of Replica: The reduction in Wall of Replica's replica damage from 70/85/100% to 70/80/90%
  • Normal Punch: Max stun duration from 1.5s to 1.25s reduces his impact in fights.

4) Shadow Fiend

  • Shadowmire (facet): The reduction in Shadowraze's movement and attack speed slow rescaled to 5/6/7/8% from a flat 8%.
  • Shadowraze: The bonus per stack decreased from 50/60/70/80 to 35/50/65/80, diminishing his burst and control capabilities.
  • Necromastery: No longer gives a soul stack after killing Other unit types (wards, cogs, etc.)

5) Weaver

  • Geminate Attack: The decrease in Geminate Attack damage from 5/25/40/55/70 to 0/20/35/50/65. The fact that it does no damage at the base level makes this skill useless to farm or harass.
  • Shukuchi: Mana cost is reduced from 60 to 65 making Weaver less effective at sustaining his mobility or surviving.

6) Witch Doctor

  • Voodoo Festeration (facet): This facet now has a reduced radius, scaling from 600/650/700/750 instead of 700/750/800/850. Additionally, the self-heal effect is cut from 50% to 25%, weakening his meme offlane build that relied on strong self-sustain.

Patch 7.36c introduces significant changes that will likely alter the hero dynamics in Dota 2. While some heroes like Drow Ranger, Sniper, and Medusa come out on top with beneficial buffs, others such as Clockwerk, Bounty Hunter, and Dark Seer face considerable nerfs.
