Rescuing Caterina in Dragon Age The Veilguard

Caterina is believed to be the First Talon of the Antivan Crows. As part of this quest, you and Lucanis have to rescue her as you start the mission at the Cantori Diamond in Treviso. Simply follow Lucanis as you two make your way to Caterina and brainstorm how you will deal with Illario. Make sure to kill all the Venatori that come your way. After defeating the first group of Venatori, you will have to fight another group in a short while.

Continue following the marker until you see the Villa Dellamorte. It's not easy to miss, as Lucanis will specifically point toward it during a shortcut scene. Now, as you make your way to this villa, another group of Venatori will stop you. Eliminate them and keep following your path. Once you reach Dellamorte Cellar's secret entrance, get rid of the guards and climb up the stairs to reach Dellamore Estates.

How to kill Illario in Dragon Age The Veilguard

Illario is very weak to Cold. The special abilities of Lucanis will come in handy in this battle. Before getting to Illario, kill the Venatori enemies that are guarding him. Using your attack combos and with the help of Lucanis, corner Illario and dodge whenever he attacks to defeat him. You will have to make a crucial choice after the battle—to free him or to imprison him.

If you decide to imprison him, Lucanis will receive Demon of Defiance (Veilguard Skill) and Crow's Tenacity (Heroic Armor). However, if you show mercy on him, Rook will be rewarded with Demon of Rebellion (Veilguard Skill) and Crow's Poise (Heroic Armor).
