Dragon Age The Veilguard: A Slow Poison walkthrough

A Slow Poison is a quest in Dragon Age The Veilguard which takes place in the city of Treviso. As the town is being raided by the Qunari military named Antaam, the Crows aim to take back control in their hands. This quest, however, will unlock only after you complete the Sea of Blood quest.

Dragon Age The Veilguard: A Slow Poison guide

After completing the Sea of Blood quest in Dragon Age The Veilguard, head to the Library of the Lighthouse and refer to the rolled scroll which contains the list of quests. Also, if you intend to romance Lucanis, bring him along for this quest as it will increase your bond with him.

Fast-travel to Treviso and talk to Teia and Viago. They will tell you that you need to find and get help from Dareth. After this conversation, leave their headquarters and head over to the objective at The Drowned District. Follow the Crow marks on your way. Using the zipline near you, go to the other side and keep following the path till you reach the wooden gate with the Crow's symbol.

The road ahead will divide into two paths. Take the path to the east to reach the Drowned District. As you reach the city, you will see a green beacon nearby. Beacons are fast travel points in Dragon Age The Veilguard that can be used at any point in the game if you have already activated them. Activate the beacon and keep walking on this path. You will have to fight three Antaam followed by which, you need to rescue Jacobus and then go back to the Grande Market beacon using fast travel. Now, head over to Heart and Central Beacon via fast travel.

Here, climb up the wall nearby and keep following the Crow marks till you reach the rooftop of a building. On a desk nearby on this roof, you will find a note. Pick it up and then, using either ziplines or via fast travel, go to Crow's Road Rooftops beacon. Take the door to your left and follow this path till you reach Garrison's rooftop. Eliminate all the enemies in your path as you progress and you will finally be put against a boss on the first floor.

Defeating Qamekmaster in Dragon Age The Veilguard

This boss is weak against Necrotic. Here's where your companion Lucanis will come in handy. Defeat the boss with Lucanis' help. Since this opponent doesn't have armor on, it won't be difficult to beat him. However, do make sure to defend against his brutal attacks like

• Close-range smashes and swipes.
• Exploding sigils he leaves on the ground.
• AoE blood explosion attack.
• Charging attacks.

After eliminating Qamekmaster, get rid of the three poison-containing pots in the room, interact with the note on the desk, collect all the loot, and head back to Teia and Viago at the Crow's Sanctum to finally finish the Slow Poison quest in Dragon Age The Veilguard.
