Dragon Age The Veilguard: Echoes of The Past quest walkthrough

Electronic Arts and BioWare's recent title Dragon Age The Veilguard features a ton of quests to complete. One of the earliest outing quests you will engage in is Echoes of The Past, where you take Bellara as your companion. During this quest, you must solve a few puzzles to finally proceed further in the game.

With that being said, let's look at how to solve all the puzzles from Echoes of The Past in Dragon Age The Veilguard.

Echoes of The Past walkthrough in Dragon Age The Veilguard

Like other outing quests in Dragon Age The Veilguard, Echoes of The Past doesn't involve combat. Here, you must head to the Arlathan Forest and take Bellara with you. You can also fast-travel to this location if you have already unlocked it.

This quest requires you to find and replace three pairs of power crystals. Also, there will be instances where you can flirt with Bellara and attempt to romance her.

The first pair of power crystals

Inside the Artifact Vault, Bellara will ask you to look around and find two power crystals: the first one is behind her on the left. Pick it up and take it to her. For the second crystal, look to Bellara's right, in the corner of the Artifact Vault. Pick it up and take it to her.

The second pair of power crystals

Once you have the first pair of power crystals in place with Bellara's help, follow her. Outside, you will spot some boxes lying around on the left. Break them to collect another power crystal. Then, go up the ladder placed behind Bellara to claim the second power crystal of this pair.

The last pair of power crystals

Follow Bellara as she takes you to the spot where the third pair of crystals is located. Here, you will see a wooden beam on an elevated platform. Pull it down to make a bridge. Then, head to the other side and climb up the ladder to find another power crystal. Using this crystal, make a bridge by placing it inside the power crystal socket nearby. Cross the bridge to find the last crystal.

Take it to Bellara and head back to the crystal socket. Remove this crystal and hand it over to your companion. Then, head outside and converse with Bellara to complete the Echoes of The Past quest.
