Dragon Age The Veilguard's story takes place in Thedas, and scattered across the vast map are various points of interest for you to explore. One such point of interest is the Warden Vault, an area with expansive loot for you to gather and collect. However, you must complete a puzzle to access the vault.
Accessing the vault requires you to open three different locks — you must interact with a separate lever to unlock each lock. Below is a guide on how to unlock this vault in Dragon Age The Veilguard.

Opening the Grey Warden Vault in Dragon Age The Veilguard
Lever 1
The levers can be activated in any order, though all three must be activated to unlock the vault. For the first lever, head into the fortress area until a ladder can be seen blocked by some metal sheets. Notice an explosive pot beside the sheets, and send a small fireball its way. The ladder will now drop, and heading up the ladder reveals a wisp atop the ruins.
Collect the wisp, head inside the entrance, and turn left. Follow the route until you see a hole in the wall, near which the wisp will start blinking. It will then take over a skeleton, and use it to activate a lever, opening a door in front of you. Inside the room, the first lever can be activated. There is also a chest with some items that can be collected as a bonus reward.
Lever 2
For the second lever, head to the courtyard shown in the image. From there, a hallway is visible with a small cart blocking the entrance. Destroy the cart, and three levers should be visible. The correct way to activate the levers is left, right, and center.
Once done, head out into the courtyard and make your way up the stairs situated towards the left upon exiting the hallway. Climb the stairs and the small platform on the left side at the end of the path. Once on top, a small indicator will direct you toward the next checkpoint.
Head through the door on the right side at the end of the ledge of the building you are on, and go through the door to find three glowing torches. Activate the lever under the three glowing torches. It unlocks a door, behind which are found some rewards and the all-important lever to unlock the vault.
Lever 3
This is by far the most complicated lever to find and requires some effort to be unlocked. Head through the pathway at the end of the main hall area of the fort, and you should find yourself in a place with butterflies swarming around a skeleton. The skeleton will start moving and will phase through a wall.
Head back into the main hall, and turn left. Run in the opposite direction and parallel to the set of descending stairs, and a ladder will be present — ascend the ladder. You will find yourself in a room which you need to exit. You will then be on the same ledge as the one used en route to the second lever. Head down the same platform at the end of the ledge, and a set of small stairs lead downstairs.
Do not go down the stairs. Instead, head to the small area beside the staircase with a hallway entrance. Another skeleton is present, with green butterflies swarming it. It will now activate the third corpse, located near the fort's front gate. Once done, head back towards the main hall. A skeleton will be present, which will activate a lever — this will reveal a room with the final lever required to unlock the vault right behind it.
To unlock the Warden's Vault, head down the stairs going downstairs, which you ran across while searching for the second skeleton, and follow the path to access the vault. There will be multiple chests sitting inside the vault, so claim your rewards by accessing them.
