Go to Hollow Belfry to start the quest. Here, you'll find a central chamber with a large locked door and four receptacles you can interact with. To unlock the doors, you must gather four wisps by solving puzzles behind doors marked with purple flames. Note that once collected, the wisps must be quickly transported to the interaction points within 15 seconds, as they disappear afterward.

First Wisp
The first wisp is behind the door to the left of the receptacles. Inside, you’ll find two large braziers. Interact with both to light them, causing the platform between them to glow. Use Emmrich's Placate Mischief ability to summon the wisp, then carry it to the receptacles to complete this section.
Second Wisp
The second wisp is behind a door located on the left of the first door. Once inside, start by pulling the lever on the left side of the room to open another door clockwise from where you are. Inside, break crates to uncover and destroy a red lyrium crystal.
Continue to break crates and destroy two additional crystals: one visible near the entrance and another hidden behind more crates in the first room. Once all three crystals are destroyed, the red lyrium barrier will dissipate. Collect the wisp, and be sure to loot the large chest in the room.

Third Wisp
To find the third wisp, keep going left from the last door. Inside, break crates to uncover a lever on the right and pull it to unlock the next door counterclockwise. Enter the new room and destroy a wooden barrier on the right to collect a Memento and read it.
The wisp, however, will move to the central chamber and float out of reach. Use Lucanis' Spiteful Aura to open a rift on a nearby pink veil node, and it will summon a giant skeletal hand that you can use as a bridge to reach the wisp. Once you get it, bring it to the receptacles.
Fourth Wisp
The final wisp is behind the last door, left ahead of the third. Start by breaking all crates and barrels in the room to uncover five wall emblems. Some emblems are located near a candle table on the floor. Activate all five to light every candle on the table with the skeleton, and the wisp will spawn. Quickly transport it to the skeleton receptacles to complete the puzzle.
Once all four wisps are placed in their respective skeleton receptacles, the large door on the northwest side of the Hollow Belfry will open, revealing a hidden chamber. On the other side of the door, you will find the boss, Orbiting Envy Demon. Envy Demon is vulnerable to electricity and resistant to necrotic damage.
