Dragon Age The Veilguard walkthrough: How to complete the Rituals for the Risen quest

The Rituals for the Risen quest in Dragon Age The Veilguard is found in the Dock Town region of the map of Thedas. Accepted from a job board in Dock Town, this quest does not involve much in terms of combat and can be completed rather quickly if done correctly. The task at hand for Rook and the party is to clear out a Venatori ritual site.

Although combat may be low, it is suggested to take Neve in case any enemies possibly ambush the party. Here's a guide on completing this quest.

Rituals for the Risen quest in Dragon Age The Veilguard

A prerequisite for this quest is to complete the "A Shroud Over The Light" quest. Once done, head over to Dock Town, where the quest can be accepted from a job board near the Shadow Dragons' Sanctum.

Head over to the board and accept the quest, which will inform Rook and the party of the troubles caused by the Venatori and their rituals. A marker will now show up on the screen, so head toward it; you will be led to Andraste's Watch temple area.

Optionally, use a fast-travel beacon to reach the marker even quicker. Some Shades or Venatori enemies may trouble you en route, so use Neve's Cold attacks and take them down. Once done, head to the marker, which will reveal the pathway blocked by a large red crystal.

Notice the crystal being powered by red beams pulsing toward it. Look around the area and trace three crystals that need to be destroyed. All three can be found within the temple courtyard area and taken down without much trouble simply by using ranged attacks.

Destroy all three crystals and then attack the large crystal blocking the doorway. The doorway will now be open, and the quest will be completed. For your troubles, you receive 500 XP, +100 to Shadow Dragons' Strength, and an increased bond with party members. Optionally, interact with the corpse not too far from the doorway to read a Venatori ritual.
