EA Sports has released the first paid EVO of the latest game cycle in Ultimate Team, with the EA FC 25 The Octopus Evolution allowing gamers to upgrade their midfielders. While the boosts offered by this EVO certainly are spectacular, it costs around 50,000 coins or 750 FC points to unlock. This will make a lot of fans doubt whether it is worth completing these challenges.

Evolutions have been revamped in Ultimate Team, with the Intro to Stats Limits EVO showcasing how upgrades are now offered. These new changes are on display once again in the EA FC 25 The Octopus Evolution, as the boosts on offer are capped at a certain limit. The maximum rating a card can be upgraded to via the EVO is 83 for Pace, 83 for Defending, and 84 for Physicality.
