As announced earlier, EA Sports introduced the EA FC Mobile First Anniversary update today (September 24, 2024). The update was released on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store following the maintenance break at 5 AM UTC. The seasonal update has brought along plenty of new features that will change the mobile gaming experience of players globally.

As announced earlier by EA Sports, EA FC Mobile will not undergo a season reset in 2024. However, the popular title saw a 24/25 update on September 24, 2024, which arrived a few hours ago.

The First Anniversary update went live at the same for Android and iOS users. While the update is around 70 MB for Android users who had the game pre-installed on their devices, other Android users will have to download 110 MB of data to download the entire game.
Meanwhile, since the entire download takes place in iOS, Apple users will have to download 203.7 MB of data.
All users must also download around 150 MB of data while opening the title.

How can you download the new EA FC Mobile First Anniversary update on Android and iOS devices?
Similar to previous season updates in EA FC Mobile, the First Anniversary update can be downloaded from the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Follow the steps below to upgrade the football title to its latest version:
- Step 1: Based on your device's OS, visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Step 2: Click on the search box (located at the top) and type in EA Sports FC Mobile/ EA FC Mobile. Choose the proper search result (generally the one that appears first).
- Step 3: Based on the title's availability on your device (Android or iOS), tap on the "Install" or "Update" button to download the First Anniversary update.
- Step 4: Once the update is complete, allow storage access.
- Step 5: Following the successful installation of the 24/25 season update, sign in using your preferred login method (Facebook, Google Play Games, Twitter, or Guest ID). Additionally, iOS users can log in to the latest update using their Apple ID (through Game Center).
- Step 6: Once logged in, you can try out the latest EA FC Mobile First Anniversary update features including the most-anticipated Club Challenge mode. You will get a 94 OVR GK Gianluigi Buffon card as an update reward.
