EA Sports PGA Tour has finally been launched after a protracted wait, especially considering the several delays. Finally, after seven long years, EA Sports is releasing a new golf simulation for players. The release of PGA Tour was planned for spring 2022 but was originally revealed back in March 2021. It was postponed another 12 months in March last year, but it didn't manage to hit its release date last month. However, it was finally released on April 7th and it has promised a lot.
EA Sports PGA Tour gameplay
Golfers may compete at events like The Players Championship and the FedExCup Playoffs thanks to the full career mode. The Create-A-Player function has been totally 'overhauled'; you can now make your own golfer (female or male) and gain experience points (XP) to enhance your abilities. Several of golf's most well-known players, including Scottie Scheffler, Patrick Cantlay, Jordan Spieth, Tony Finau, Nelly Korda, and Lexi Thompson, will be available for you to play as.
You'll notice one golf legend is absent from the lineup despite the fact that EA Sports accurately reproduced the likeness and distinctive swing of each golfer. Tiger Woods, a legend of golf, won't be playing because he currently only appears in 2K's franchise. At launch, EA SPORTS PGA TOUR offers outstanding visual fidelity for 30 courses thanks to the Frostbite engine, but the experience of playing on one of these prominent courses is only complete with course dynamics that make the ball behave exactly how it would on the course in real life.
It's not simply the way the ball rolls and bounces that makes it special, though. Additionally, based on elevation, wind, and other variables, each course has its own flight physics. Additionally, Pure Strike's gameplay mechanics are designed to make you feel as though you are actually playing like a professional golfer. This includes everything from the strokes itself to unique golfer talents. Your ability to swing on the course is also influenced by your golfing abilities.
Each golfer has a unique set of skills that they can develop as they play more. Additionally, you can create your own golfer in Career mode to suit your playing style. Each golfer's skill set has a different effect on gameplay, but when they are combined, they provide a unique golfer with strengths and limitations that you'll need to plan your strategy around.

What platforms will EA Sports PGA Tour be released on?
When it launched in April, EA Sports PGA Tour was made available on the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (via Steam, Epic Games Store, and the EA app). Unfortunately, there are no indications that the game will be released on the PS4, Xbox One, or Nintendo Switch. This isn't a huge surprise, though, given that EA Sports franchises like Madden and NHL haven't been produced for the console since its launch.
What courses will be available to play in EA Sports PGA Tour?
At launch, EA SPORTS PGA TOUR will feature 30 stunning golf courses, including 28 real-world and 2 fictional ones. Additionally, there are different gameplay elements and aesthetic elements on each of these courses, creating 30 different gameplay experiences. Frostbite's amazing course design allows gamers to immerse themselves in the game of golf's finer aspects more than ever.
EA methodically mapped Augusta National, the site of the Masters, as well as other courses using cutting-edge technologies like photogrammetry scanning, drone technology, and survey-grade GPS to produce the most realistic course views.
