You can obtain the Beast Claw weapon by defeating Logur, the Beast Claw, who is a hostile NPC. Logur can be found randomly strolling the forest located just southeast of the Gravesite Plain Site of Grace. You can essentially get Beast Claw as one of your first new weapons in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.

Beast Claw mainly scales with Strength and Dexterity, so if you're building around this weapon, it's recommended to have both stats above 35. Moreover, you can apply the bleed affinity to Beast Claw and invest points in Arcane to increase the weapon's blood loss buildup. Higher blood loss buildup is perfect for this weapon since its fast-hitting combos can trigger blood procs with ease.

To take advantage of the combos and bleed, you can use the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia and the Lord of Blood's Exultation for a boost to damage. Alternatively, the White Mask headpiece from Varre's questline in Elden Ring can also be used to boost damage.

It is important to note that Beast Claw doesn't have a lot of range, so you will have to operate at close range to use this weapon. It is recommended that the Dragoncrest Greatshield talisman be equipped for damage negation. You should also consider increasing your Vigor if you plan on using the Beast Claw.
