The Greatjar Helmet is easily attainable relatively early in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. You can go to the Belurat Gaol and take a specific route to get this item.

To reach the Belurat Gaol, go west from Greatbridge, North Grace. Then, cross the lake, and at the end, you will find the dungeon. Following its Grace point, go through the door in front, then go left down the stairs. Be careful of the Shadow Undead's attack from the left.

When you're moving forward, the floor will break, and you will fall to the ground. From there, proceed forward, cross the narrow-stone bridge, go through the door, and you will see a triangular-shaped hole on the right.

Jump through the triangular-shaped hole, cross the dining hall room, and follow the left-side pathway. After you're out of the room, navigate to the left side and jump down the big hanging pot. Then, use the subsequent pots to make your way to the bottom.

Proceed through the door on the west, cross the bridge, and the floor will collapse again. After the fall, move forward to see a jar monster on the left. You can either kill it or jump over it. After that, follow the left pathway and go through the cell door.

When you're out, jump across the gap, and you will see a hanging pot on the right side. Hop onto it, and it will go up automatically. Then, hop onto the nearest pot, then to the subsequent platform and the pots.

Then go up the stairs, and you will find the Greatjar Helmet in the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree on the left side platform.
