Where to find Hornsent Grandam in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree?

As mentioned, you will find Hornsent Grandam in the Storeroom at Belurat, Tower Settlement. This room is at the end of a bridge, where you will encounter two enemies. To reach it, turn left after exiting the Small Private Altar site of Grace from the northwest exit. However, you will need the Storeroom Key to access this room.

How to get Belurat, Tower Settlement Storeroom Key?

You can find the Storeroom Key in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree by following these steps:

• Go upstairs from the Small Private Altar site of Grace.

• Continue heading up until you find an alley to the right near some ruins.

• Take a left at the end of this alley.

• At the end of this path, you will find a waterfall. Just before this waterfall, there will be a room to your right. Enter this room and climb the ladder.

• At the top of the ladder, you can loot the Storeroom Key from a body.

After unlocking the Storeroom using the key, you will find Hornsent Grandam. However, she won't be receptive until you beat the Divine Beast Dancing Lion boss.

Hornsent Grandam questline in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree

To progress through Grandam's questline in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree, you must defeat the Divine Beast Dancing Lion boss at Belurat, Tower Settlement. After defeating this boss, you will receive the Divine Beast Head, which will be required to continue her questline.

Upon equipping the Divine Beast Head and speaking with her, she will recognize you as a Sculpted Keeper and continue the conversation. During this interaction, she will ask you to take her son with you to seek vengeance against Messmer and give you the Watchful Spirit Incantation.

After resting at a site of Grace, you can talk to her again to receive a Scorpion Stew. You can repeatedly return to her to receive more stew after consuming them until you progress her quest further. Additionally, you can give it to Hornsent to receive three Furnace Visages.

The final step in her questline requires you to defeat Messmer the Impaler at Shadow Keep. After defeating this boss, talk to Hornsent Grandam to receive the Gourmet Scorpion Stew, marking the end of her questline in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
