Where to find Stinging Nettles in Enshrouded

Enshrouded’s Stinging Nettles plant is one of the most frustrating things to find when it comes to plant life. A little green shrub, they can often blend in with their surroundings, making it much harder to find than it should be. Frankly, once you have enough of it, you’re much better off farming it in your base instead of scouring the wilderness for it.

Much like Aloe in Enshrouded, Stinging Nettles is a plant that is much better to grow in your base, instead of dealing with it by farming it over and over. If you’re stumped on where to find this resource, here’s where you need to go.

How to farm Stinging Nettles in Enshrouded

The best place to farm Stinging Nettles in Enshrouded is Revelwood — so having access to the Ancient Spire-Revelwood Fast Travel is going to be important. The enemies here are incredibly strong as well, so it’s recommended you be decently leveled and geared — having a strong class wouldn’t hurt either. Before you get started, one tip should help: turn off Small Foliage:

• Open the Settings menu.
• Click on the Display tab.
• Find “Small Foliage”.
• Turn this off.

While you can find this shrub all throughout the area, there are a few spots where it might be just a little bit easier to farm up these Stinging Nettles. You don’t need to amass a ton of it — just enough so that you can grow them at home. One reliable place is by heading north of the Revelwood Tower, to the point above on the map. Look for the spitting flowers — it’s very close to those.

You can also head west of the tower to the Ancient Obelisk, but it may be shrouded by the other plants in the area. Stinging Nettles can also be found in the Dladwyn Forests. In general, look for green bushes that are taller and wider than the others.

Another handy location is southeast of the Revelwood Ancient Spire. Go southeast from there, towards Elixir Well. You should be able to find it on a cliff overlooking a Shrouded area. None of these areas are safe, though. The monsters are powerful, so be careful.

Once you’ve acquired a few of these seeds, you’re better off growing your own at home. You just need 1x Stinging Nettle to make a Seedling. When it sprouts, you’ll be blessed with 5x Stinging Nettle, so it is far easier to grow these, rather than farm them in the wild.
