Escape from Tarkov Dirty Blood event task guide: How to complete and rewards

With the implementation of the Escape from Tarkov Patch 0.15.5, the developer has finally introduced a new Halloween event. The patch introduces numerous quality-of-life changes into the game, which eases one of the players’ worries — stash management.

The event features a couple of quests such as Dirty Blood that players can finish to acquire various rewards. The quest requires players to go to The Labs and acquire a blood sample. Since it’s a new quest players may not know where they can find the sample.

This article will take a look at where you can acquire the blood sample on The Labs to complete Dirty Blood in Escape from Tarkov.

Dirty Blood in Escape from Tarkov event task guide

The two objectives you must complete for Dirty Blood in Escape from Tarkov are as follows:

• Locate and acquire the blood sample in the new area on The Labs.
• Survive from The Labs and safely extract from the location, with the “Survived” status.

1) Location of the blood sample on The Labs

To acquire the blood sample on Labs go to the newly opened area on the map. However, be extra cautious as there will be PMC zombies swarming you on your way there. Go to the hallway near the Blue keycard room and cross it to reach there. Near the stairs that lead to the top or bottom floors, go past the door where the new area is located.

Once you enter the new area, you will see a small room; go inside and you will be able to press a button that opens the actual new area with the room that has the blood sample.

After walking into the room through the door, go to the end of the hall and take a right turn where you will see a dead scientist with a yellow hazmat suit near a door. Go to him and look right under his left shoulder where a bloodstream will be visible. Move your cursor around there and collect the blood sample to complete the first step of the quest.

2) Survive and safely extract from The Labs

Now begins the most crucial and hard part of the task, which is to extract from The Labs. Since the zombies spawn endlessly, we recommend checking your extract points and figuring out which one is the closest to you.

Now, if you have, use a SJ6 injector along with a Zagustin as the former enhances your stamina while the latter prevents bleeding. That means you won’t take damage over time through bleeding even if the zombies hit you.

After extracting, hand the blood sample over to Jaeger to finish this event task.

• Roubles: 80,000 (84,000 and 92,000 Roubles with Intelligence Center levels 2 and 3, respectively)
