The Winter Update is set to go live on December 26th, 2024, and will bring various new features to the game along with several weapons. Escape from Tarkov Patch 0.16 release date, maintenance time, and duration

Patch 0.16 is one of the most sought-after updates which will be released on December 26th, 2024, a couple of days before the Twitch Drop campaign starts. Before the update goes live, the game is set to go under maintenance at 7 AM (GMT).

The servers will be down for around eight hours and become available once the maintenance ends. That said, there are chances that the downtime might get extended. If this happens, the developers will update the details on their X handle.

Additionally, version 0.2.5.0 of Escape from Tarkov: Arena will be released alongside Patch 0.16. Once the maintenance ends, players will be able to download the patch using the BSG Launcher.
