Event Pokemon Samurett now available for download in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire

Another cool event Pokemon, Samurott, is now up for download in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The game has done extremely well, selling over 9 million copies since its release last year. And although it is a remake of the classic third-gen titles, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire has still managed to steal the spotlight with Nintendo now releasing a number of event Pokemons to keep the playerbase entertained. Players have received two special event Pokemons so far, namely Serperior and Emboar.

The special water type Pokemon Samurott is now available for players to download in the US. The Pokemon has a hidden Shell Armour ability which protects it from critical hits from rivals. Its other moves include Razor Shell, Hold Back, Confide, and Hydro Pump, all of which make Samurott a force to reckon with at level 50.

To obtain the new Pokemon, players will follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Choose the ‘Mystery Gift’ option in the main menu of the game.
2. Then choose the ‘Receive Gift’ option
3. Proceed to the ‘Get with Code’ option and enter POKEMON503 into the code box
4. Once the download is complete, players can enter the game and head to the delivery lady at any Pokemon Center to recieve the new Samurott

Sadly, Samurott will be the last of the three Unova starter Pokemons, but players can still expect some more events to occur in the coming months. Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is the latest entry in the Pokemon franchise and is currently available for the Ninendo 3DS.
