One of the prestigious games of the Destiny series, Destiny: The Dark Below, certainly surprises players with the release of new content and other updates. Last time we heard of the games, DLC would allow Guardians to reach the end of level 30 (for more details click here) and now new updates come our way.
Packed with additional content for players to enjoy, the expansion will have a few exclusive items for PlayStation owners, whether they game on PS3 or PS4. However, while PlayStation owners will be getting this content first, it won’t always be exclusive.
As with all of the other content that was given as part of this deal, the content might become available for Xbox at some point after Fall 2015.

New Content in store for all
First up, another exclusive Strike to face on Mars: The Undying Mind. You can step back into the coveted dangers of The Black Garden to face a timeless Vex machine-beast that has survived for ages. Prepare for firefights amidst vine-laden pillars and decaying paths in an effort to destroy the ancient evil.
And if you need more firepower to match your new foes, look no further than the PlayStation-exclusive exotic weapon coming to The Dark Below, the 4th Horseman shotgun.
Four barrels, five shots, and a sizzlingly fast fire rate will eat away at the Vex legions in short order. This is all added on top of the content already offered by Destiny: The Dark Below, which includes:
- 1)New story missions that pit you against a Hive god.
- 2)New weapons, armor, and gear to further customize your Guardian.
- 3)The ability to increase your Light level to 32, and five additional bounty slots.
- 4)Three new competitive multiplayer maps: Pantheon, Skyshock, and The Cauldron.
- 5)New cooperative Strike: The Will of Crota. Purge a twisted horror from the Cosmodrome.
- 6)An additional resident of the Tower: Eris, a resolute survivor of an ill-fated mission.
- 7)And a new six-player Raid: Crota’s End. Face him in the deepest dark.
- Destiny: The Dark Below is all set to be released for both next and last generation consoles at December 9th . We hope the game delivers to the expectations of the players.
