In a recent post on X, Falcons ImperialHal has taken quite a controversial stance calling out all teams competing in the ALGS Split 2 Playoffs (Regional) for their lackluster performance. After a successful run in the Apex Legends Global Series Regional Playoffs, alongside uncountable matches of scrims, it has been evident that ImperialHal and his teammates from Falcons are simply playing at a different level.
With repetitive posts from the community wooing them for making the game boring and winning every match, the fragger for Team Falcons replied by saying:
"Is it our fault your favorite teams just suck?"
This has sparked quite a controversy.

Is Team Falcons a 'superteam' in ALGS 2024?
Team Falcons was formed by former DarkZero players, ImperialHal, Zer0, and Genburten. Each considered to be a master in their given roles, this team has surpassed all expectations as they dominated the ALGS Split 2 Regional Playoffs for the US.
Players have resorted to calling them a 'superteam' for not only housing arguably the best players Apex Legends has ever seen but also for their fearless stance when competing in tournaments and scrims. Team Falcons have dominated every single one of their games, and have racked up a 20-kill record in almost every match.
The community has been voicing concerns about the Apex Legends Global Series Regional Playoffs by calling it a boring spectacle because of how easily ImperialHal and his teammates scored a dub for the team. However, this begs the question - are Team Falcons a superteam? Or as Hal claims, other teams' performance has been lackluster.
From the looks of it, the scoreline from the Playoffs indicates a mix of both. Numerous new faces have debuted with the ALGS Split 2 Playoffs for NA, and many roster changes have occurred. As teams struggled to find cohesion and coordination, Falcons, a team full of people with innate competitive experience and game sense were leagues apart.
We believe that the Falcons will see their fair share of competition over a few weeks when queueing up for the main Apex Legends Global Series Playoffs event. With the best teams around the world competing for the ALGS trophy, we certainly speculate a fantastic viewership experience in the upcoming tournaments.
