Letter To A Friend is a side quest in FANTASIAN Neo Dimension. It is a questline you can engage in after gaining access to the Vibran Royal Capital. How to complete the Letter To A Friend quest in FANTASIAN Neo Dimension

Start the quest

After escaping the Coliseum, you'll stop at the Vibran Royal Capital. There will be many side missions available during your stay there. Visit the lowest level of the city and head to the leftmost block. You'll find an old man between the wall and the stairs. Interact with him and he'll offer you the Letter To A Friend quest in FANTASIAN Neo Dimension.

Note: For this quest to progress further, you'll need to complete the Maxi Toy Box quest and repair the Warp Device.

Locate the friend

Warp yourself to Central Vence, and exit the harbor. A few ways from the city entrance, you'll see a man kneeling by some crates. Speak with him and he'll reveal that all the passengers of the Uzra ship were evacuated after an emergency and that you should check the city hall instead.

Once at the city hall, your interaction with the receptionist will suggest you check the Inn. Visit the Inn through the bridge into central Vence, and interact with the woman sitting there. She will tell you to check at the observation deck and for anyone on a waterway tour.

Visit the observation deck and talk with the woman standing on an edge. She'll guide you towards the bridge at the West Vence. On the bridge, speak with the man standing by the market. You'll end up with visiting Sid's bar.

At the bar, speak with the guests to understand that the letter's addressee is tagging along with a local and is staying at their house. You'll now ultimately end up at the solitary house above the Fortune Teller's entrance in Western Vence.

Go towards the leftmost part and close the floodgate with a valve. Walk over the gate and enter the house to find the gentleman resting there.

Hand him the letter and he'll give you a postcard to return. You can now warp back to the Vibran Capital and hand the card to the old man. He'll be located in the same spot you found him before.
