It is unfortunate that many people know Kenny Dalglish only as a terrible manager who failed at Liverpool. But King Kenny was once a legend, an icon who scored 230 goals during his time at Liverpool and Celtic.

He was such a frighteningly talented player that he later went on to win the PFA Player of the Year in 1983, and became a part of both the English and the Scottish Football Hall of Fame.

He is such a beloved icon that Liverpool are having a stand renamed to honour him at Anfield. It is only fair that EA should acknowledge his contribution to football by having him on the Legends team this fall.
