This year we have seen many players moaning about their poor or degraded ratings.But these players are the ones who have suffered the most! Some of them will soon have an icon card under their name!

5) Andrea Pirlo (79)

Pirlo - 'The Professor'

The 38-year old Italian masterclass has seen a downgrade of 3 rating point from last year's edition. The Mozart had just six assists and one goal to his name last season which shows why his rating was downgraded. He is coming to an end to his career which is certainly very sad to see because we have all grown seeing Pirlo's classic free kicks and his subtle passing.

But for FIFA fans it might also be an exciting news as they will soon be expecting his Icon card.And one thing we know for sure that his passing will be nearer to hundred in that card!

4) Mario Götze (81)

The one who scored in the World Cup Final!

Mario Götze has always been treated as a potential superstar in the FIFA series.But till now he has never been able to live up to his potential.His potential is often marred by long-term injuries.His rating has seen a downgrade of 3 grading point.

Last season, he scored just three goals and assisted 4 which is not good for someone playing as an attacking midfielder in a team like Dortmund. We would still hope that Mario will someday be able to live up to his potential!

3) Wayne Rooney (81)

Remember the name!

Once the most dreaded figure in the Manchester United lineup to a more notched down figure. Rooney's performances last season were just lacklustre which is why he didn't feature in Mourinho's lineup week in week out. His rating in FIFA 18 has seen a big downgrade of 3-grade points from 84 to 81.

The 31-year-old is not too old considering Ronaldo is still the best in the game even though he is of similar age. We just hope Rooney could revive his career at Everton and we could see the spectacular Rooney we are used to seeing.

2) Klaas-Jan Huntelaar (77)

The Dutch giant!

Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has just turned 34 this year which just increases the chances of getting a downgrade.The only thing that can stop it is consistent high-level performances which have been missing from his cabinet in recent seasons due to which he has seen a downgrade of 4 rating point from 81 to 77.

Last season he scored 5 goals and assisted 1, which is quite low for a top-class centre-forward.The only good thing can be his recent transfer to his hometown side Ajax.

1) John Terry (78)

The Legend!

John Terry has seen a massive degrade in his rating in this year's FIFA edition. He has seen a degrade of 6 rating points from 84 to 78, which we feel is a bit on harsh on a player who played in a top flight club until last season.

The 36-year-old played just 9 matches in total last season in which he started in only 6.Chelsea would find it very hard to replace someone like John Terry!
