The player most deserving of a higher rating in FIFA 19 is Burnley's Nick Pope. I'll start by revealing his overall rating for FIFA 18, which was left at 68.

Can't blame EA though, Pope had been an understudy to Tom Heaton for much of his Burnley career. However, an injury to Heaton made Pope take the centre stage and show us what he can really do.

Nobody expected what happened next. Much of Pope's progress is mirrored to that of Burnley. He has been formidable in goal, making a total of 106 saves in the Premier League so far.

Those of you who have been keeping an eye out for Pope will know that the saves were of remarkable nature as well.

Pope has kept 10 clean sheets in the Premier League so far, even saving a penalty in the process.

His influence, along with a solid defence has been so immense on Burnley's stunning season that the team has conceded fewer goals than Chelsea, Arsenal, and Liverpool.

He has also been called-up to the national team.

Come on EA! All I am asking for is an 80 overall rating for Pope.
