Barcelona did not enjoy this great start to the season but they have recovered tremendously well. Unlike Real Madrid, they have got the season back on track and are now on top of the La Liga table and are cruising in the Champions League as well.
Lionel Messi and co have shown what they are capable of and doing everything they can to bring the Champions League home this season. With a squad like the one they have right now it shouldn't be a tough task however they have a lot of challenges of the head and will be interesting to see how they manage to go about things.
Even in FIFA 19, almost all their players have amazing ratings. Lionel Messi has a rating of 94, Luis Suarez has 91, Ter Stegen has an incredible rating on 89 but there are a few players whose rating do not reflect their performances on the pitch.
Here are three players who will get an update in the winter refresh:

#3 – Ousmane Dembele
Ousmane Dembele has a rating of 82 in the game and it is in no way a proper reflection of his performances on the pitch this season. The French winger deserves a better rating as he has shown that he is way better than what they have portrayed him to be in FIFA 19.
With players like Malcolm and Arturo Vidal having a better rating than Dembele in the game and it won't be a surprise when EA give him a good push in the rating refresh. While it won't be as big as the rating push that someone like Jadon Sancho will be getting, it is expected to be one of the biggest in LaLiga.
Dembele has an IF card of 84 and that might become his base card in the game from February.
#2 – Jordi Alba
Jordi Alba is of the highest rated left-backs in the game but his performances on the pitch have surprisingly questioned EA's rating. The Spanish defender has been incredible in both, the attack and defence, and hence is in contention to get an upgrade in February.
Alba has a base rating of 87 in the game with 2 other cards rated at 88 – one UCL and one RTTF. The former Valencia star has been one of the main reasons for Barcelona's incredible run in La Liga and it would be a huge mistake ETA do not give him an upgrade next month.
While it won't be a massive push, ES should give him an upgrade to 88 – on par with Real Madrid's Marcelo who has been bang average this season. With the base ratings going up, his UCL and RTTF card will also be getting an upgrade by the same margin.
#1 – Marc-André ter Stegen
Marc-André ter Stegen has easily been the most consistent goalkeeper in the world for over a year now. Only Jab Oblak can be put in the same category and these two have undoubtedly been the best in the world.
EA seem to have given him a rating that does not reflect his on-field performances. While 89 is not a bad rating at all, he deserves to be on par with someone like Manuel Neuer, who has been way below average ever since returning from his injury.
Ter Stegen has a UCL card of 90 and EA should consider making it his base rating from February. Surprisingly, he does not have an in-form card this season nor did he get a Road To The Finals card, despite being one of their best players in the group stages.
