Manchester City v Fulham - Carabao Cup Fourth Round

#3 Leroy Sane 86 → 85
Leroy Sane was the one who had to suffer because of Bernardo Silva's form. The Portuguese international was on top of his game last season and thus, Guardiola was unable to drop him.
He had to pick between Raheem Sterling and Leroy Sane and he prefered the Englishman as he was scoring more goals. Sane's rating was at 86 in FIFA 19 and it could come down to 85 as he was a benchwarmer for most of the season.
Nicholas Otamendi's time at Manchester City might be coming to an end as well but the Argentine is ready to fight for his place. Reports suggest that Guardiola wants to make Walker a centre-back alongside Aymeric Laporte and that could see Otamendi become a 4th choice CB behind John Stones.
Rated at 86 in FIFA 19, there is no way Otamendi will remain at the same. He is bound to get a downgrade and a push to 84 is reasonable.
