#4 – Gareth Bale (86)

Gareth Bale's time at Real Madrid is up, but he is reluctant to leave the club. The Welshman has reportedly informed the club that he is not willing to go unless they pay him whatever he is supposed to get for the next 3 years.

Rated as the join best right-winger at 88 in FIFA 19, it won't be a surprise when he gets a downgrade in FIFA 20. While a huge downgrade is what he deserves, EA Sports might leave him at 86.

#3 – Raheem Sterling (89)

Raheem Sterling, along with Bernardo Silva, took Manchester City's game to another level. The Englishman was in scintillating form this year and won the YPOTY.

Rated at 85 initially in FIFA 19, he was pushed to 87 in the winter upgrades. Come FIFA 20, and he is in line to get another one. His rating should be boosted to 89 to justify what he has done on the pitch.
