#4 – Phil Foden

Phil Foden has finally made a start for Manchester City and he is touted to be a big part of their side for the next decade. The 18-year-old has been impressive whenever he has been given a chance, scoring the only goal vs Tottenham.

Rated at 73 in FIFA 19, EA Sports should push him to a gold card and increase his ratings to 78.

Tammy Abraham is enjoying a great season at Aston Villa and has helped them make the play-offs for promotion. The young Chelsea loanee is set to return to the club in the summer and there is a good chance that he remains at Stamford Bridge next season.

Rated at 74, he is bound to be pushed to the gold card. His rating will be increased by 1 at least and that is enough for him to get the gold card.
