The BLAST R6 Major Montreal takes place between November 7, 2024, and November 17, 2024, at the Verdun Auditorium in Montreal, Canada. The tournament is divided into three stages. The dates for each stage are:

• Phase 1: November 7, 2024, and November 8, 2024 - not open to public.
• Phase 2: November 10, 2024, to November 13, 2024 - not open to public.
• Phase 3: November 15, 2024, to November 17, 2024 - open to the public at the Verdun Auditorium in Montreal.

Format

The BLAST R6 Major Montreal will follow the same Phase division format as the Manchester Major, which took place earlier this year. The phases and their formats are:

• Phase 1: Eight teams will compete in a modified Best-of-three (Bo3) double-elimination bracket. This will be followed till four teams remain.
• Phase 2: The top four teams from Phase 1 will join 16 other teams in this phase where the tournament will be played in a Swiss Format.
• Phase 3: The final phase will be open to the audience and will take place in the Verdun Auditorium. Matches will be played in a single-elimination format.
