Exploring the Frostlands could also lead to you finding some Goods. However, note that you cannot rely solely on exploration of these places, as they are very unpredictable. That said, while exploring, you can also find hidden caches and stashes, especially during the Whiteout.

There consequences are severe if you run out of Goods. Your population's basic needs aren't met, leading to an increase in crime rate and violence.
