So, no more wasting time in downloading games and playing them only to realise that you should have tried the next one!So here’s the list of seven Android games released last week, that’s worth a few minutes of your travel time…

#7 Skyward

Looking for Crossword hints & solutions? Check out latest NYT Mini Crossword Answers, LA Times Crossword Answers, and USA Today Crossword Answers

Based on the philosophy about a journey towards the sky starts with a small step, the game allows you to do so at least in Android. You need to take little steps upwards bound, as the ledges fall away. Do make sure that there is no misstep or you would be bound to the Earth forever, and I don’t think it would be quite pretty.

#6 Blockadillo

If you are fan of those games, where a ball keeps on moving, and you have to make sure it hits the right spots while changing its direction, then this game is for you. And there is more as well. Instead of a ball, you have a color-changing armadillo! The armadillo keeps on moving while you have to veer it towards the right direction making it colored bricks to gain points. You also have to use the various obstacles thrown in your way to score effectively as well.

#5 Mutation Mash

If you are Dr. Morneau reborn, this would be the game you would love to play. As the name suggests, you get to mash up two or more animals to create a bizarre mutation of those. Though the idea sounds weird, and it is weird, the game is real fun when you get to see the bizarre fusion that you created. Just don’t have those ideas in real life!

#4 Chesslike: Adventures in Chess

Bored of chess, yet don’t want to give it up? Here’s the solution for you, grandmaster…Chesslike doesn’t follow the normal rules of chess; here even the pawn is powerful enough to be a king. The boards aren’t like your normal chess-board, but the moves are the same. Now don’t complain that life doesn’t offer you variety...Always check Google Store...

#3 Steampunker

If you have an ingenious scientist cum adventurer living inside you, you should definitely try this one out. Here you get the chance to travel in a submarine, explore a strange island, use various objects to make a rocket, travel to the moon with it, while also allowing you some action when you get to fight some aliens. One of the best game designs I have seen in an Android game, this one is certainly worth a look!

#2 Heroes of Might & Magic III HD Edition

Another addition to an enjoyable game franchise. Heroes of Might & Magic needs no introduction – it is one of the bestselling games on Android. The third part keeps up the spirit of the game with more magic, dragons and other mythical beasts. All you have to do is keep living in the fantasy!

#1 Lamp and Vamp

Poor Dracula! All he wants is some blood, after all that’s the only thing the poor thing can have – not exactly his fault! Because of that little anomaly, he can’t get out of his castle without getting stones or burnt alive or have a stake put through his chest by a few angry non-co-operative villagers. If you do sympathise with his plight, have a go at this cool little game. You play a lost vampire, who has to get back to his castle without getting a stake driven through his chest by the villagers. Like chess, you have to plan every move of yours, and stay in the shadows as far as possible. ‘Cos for vampires, light means death!
