Genshin Impact 4.8 weapons: Featured 5-star banners, 5-star Polearm, and more

The Genshin Impact 4.8 livestream revealed a new 5-star weapon called the Lumidouce Elegy. It is Emilie's signature weapon and will be available on the Event Wish during the second half of the upcoming update. The livestream also revealed the remaining character banners, so Travelers can expect the signature weapons of the featured 5-star units to get a drop rate boost for a limited time.

Genshin Impact 4.8 weapon banners

Phase I (July 17, 2024)

These weapons will be featured on the weapon banner during the first half of Genshin Impact 4.8:

• Verdict (5-star Claymore)
• Key of Khaj-Nisut (5-star Sword)

Verdict is a 5-star Claymore and Navia's signature weapon that will be available in the first phase. It is a pretty solid weapon with good stats and passive. While all the effects might not be useful on every Claymore user, it can be used as a stat stick thanks to the CRIT Rate second stat bonus.

At the same time, Nilou's weapon, Key of Khaj-Nisut will also receive a drop rate boost. It is one of the rare Swords with HP stats, making it usable on only a few units. It is usually not recommended since there are other more affordable alternatives.

Genshin Impact 4.8 will be released on July 17, 2024, and both Verdict and Key of Khaj-Nisut will be available as soon as the new version is live.

Phase II (August 6, 2024)

The second half of version 4.8 will also feature two 5-star weapons:

• Lumidouce Elegy (5-star Polearm)
• Aqua Simulacra (5-star Bow)

Lumidouce Elegy is a new 5-star Polearm and Emilie's signature weapon. It is an event-limited item and will only be available during the second phase of version 4.8.

Yelan's signature weapon, Aqua Simulacra, will also be featured alongside Lumidouce Elegy on the event banner. This 5-star weapon is one of the best Bows in the game, with a massive 88.2% CRIT DMG bonus stat as well as HP and DMG bonuses. Travelers looking for a solid Bow can go for this 5-star weapon.

The second half of version 4.8 will begin on August 6, 2024, and will be available for three weeks.
