Recent Genshin Impact leaks from reliable leaker HomDGCat may have provided some insight into the Version 5.0 beta testing. Based on these, there could be a number of changes to Mualani, her signature weapon, and the two artifacts rumored to debut in Natlan.

According to the recent Genshin Impact Mualani leaks from HomDGCat, here are the possible changes that could be included in her kit:

E - Surfshark Wavebreaker (Elemental Skill)

• Sharky's Bite cooldown increased from 1.6 seconds >>> 1.8 seconds

Q - Stormburst Shot (Elemental Burst)

• Skill DMG increased from 84.096% of Max HP >>> 105.191% of Max HP

Passive I - Heat-Resistant Freshwater Puffer

• Mualani will restore 35 Nightsoul Points >>> 20 Nightsoul Points when she picks up a Puffer. Only 1 >>> 2 Puffers can be created in a single Nightsoul's Blessing.

Passive II - Natlan's Greatest Guide

• Stormburst Shot DMG increased from 20%/30%/40% of Max HP >>> 15/30/45% of Max HP.

Passive III - Night Realm's Gift: Crests and Troughs

• Mualani's Nightsoul point or Phlogiston consumption while moving on water and Liquid Phlogiston, while Nightsoul's Blessing, is decreased by 75% when inside Natlan, and by 35% outside Natlan.

Constellation I - The Leisurely "Meztli"

• DMG of the first Sharky' Surging Bite after entering Nightsoul's Blessing and Shark Missiles triggered by the Bite increased by an amount equal to 66% of Mualani's Max HP.

Constellation II - Mualani, Going All Out!

• Mualani restores 12 Nightsoul points over two seconds after she picks up two Puffers.

Constellation III - Sharky Eats Puffies

• Mualani restores 8 Energy after picking up a Puffer.

Mualani signature weapon changes

Mualani's potential signature 5-star Catalyst weapon, Surf's Up, has possibly received minor changes in the 5.0 beta testing. Listed below are the following changes.

• Character's Max HP is increased by 20%/25%30%/35%/40%. Every 12 seconds >>> 15 seconds, the following will occur within 10 seconds >>> 14 seconds of using an Elemental Skill: Character gains 4 stacks of Scorching Summer. Each stack increases the Normal Attack DMG by 12%/15%/18%/21%/24%. During this time, one stack is removed every 1.5 seconds if a normal attack lands on an enemy. A stack is added if the Vaporize reaction is dealt to an opponent. A total of 4 Scorching Summer stacks can be held.

Obsidian Codex and Scroll of the Embered City's Hero are the two rumored artifacts that may be introduced with Natlan's release. These artifacts are expected to fit well with characters, such as Kinich, Kachina, and Mualani, as they might provide benefits related to the Natlan character-exclusive Nightsoul mechanic. Listed below are the changes to both artifacts:

Obsidian Codex

• 4-pc bonus: After the equipping character consumes 16 >>> 1 Nightsoul Point while being on the field, their CRIT Rate is increased by 40% for six seconds.

Scroll of the Embered City's Hero

• 4-pc bonus: When the character triggers an Elemental Reaction that involves their element, all nearby party members of the element involved in the reaction gain 12% All Elemental and Physical DMG Bonus for 10 seconds >>> 12% DMG Bonus of Elemental Types for 15 seconds. When the character is in the Nightsoul's Blessing state when activating the effects, an additional 28% All Elemental and Physical DMG bonus is given for 20 seconds >>> 28% DMG Bonus of Elemental Types for 20 seconds.
