According to a prominent Genshin Impact 5.0 leak from Miruko Real!, you will reportedly be able to transform into a Saurian in the Natlan region. The Natlan trailer had shown three types of Saurians, but there may be more of them.

We already know that Natlan is divided into six different tribes, and they might have something to do with these transformations. While the details on how to transform into a Saurian are not currently known, some key aspects that are known include:

Saurians are regional

After transforming into a Saurian, you will not be able to enter the territories of other tribes. It is best to explain this with an example. If you transform into a Saurian of a Geo-type, then your movements as the said dragon will be restricted to the Geo-tribe only.

If you do attempt to enter a different tribe's region as a different Saurian, your screen will turn dark, and an error message will be displayed. This makes it plausible to believe that each tribe in Natlan will have its own special dragon.

Saurians are restricted to Natlan

According to the Genshin Impact 5.0 leaks, you will not be able to use the Saurian transformation outside of Natlan. This means that if you try to move out of Natlan's territory as the dragon, your transformation will automatically come off.
