Genshin Impact 5.1 events and rewards

HoYoverse recently broadcasted the Special Program for Genshin Impact 5.1 on their official YouTube and Twitch channels. The livestream showcased a ton of new content that players can expect in the upcoming update of the game, including a new Archon Quest, characters, weapons, and so on. The events featured in the 5.1 update of Genshin Impact were also covered in the Special Program.

This article will cover all the events coming with Genshin Impact 5.1 as well as their rewards.

Genshin Impact 5.1: Overview of events and rewards

Version 5.1 will feature a new exploration event for Natlan, where you must complete certain World Quests and explore Natlan's map to increase your Exploration Progress percentage. Reaching the required percentage during the event will reward players with a total of 400 Primogems.

Travelers who have already completed Natlan's exploration can directly claim the event's rewards once version 5.1 goes live. Apart from that, those who have not yet completed their exploration can take their time, as this event and its rewards will be available for two whole versions: 5.1 and 5.2.

Aphid Treasure Trace

Aphid Treasure Trace is a new combat-based event that will be introduced in the Genshin Impact 5.1 version. During this event, you must fight specially enhanced enemies with shields on them. You can rid them of their shields by using a certain gadget that will be provided in the event, and once the shield has been destroyed, defeat the enemies to get rewards. There are various rewards that can be claimed during this event, including Primogems, Crown of Insight, Weapon Ascension materials, and much more.

Chromatic Ode of Candies and Roses

Chromatic Ode of Candies and Roses is going to be the main event featured in the Genshin Impact 5.1 update. It will take travelers back to Sumeru, where they will partake in the Sabzeruz Festival, celebrating the birth of the nation's Dendro Archon, Nahida.

There will be different types of gameplay challenges during the event. Here is an overview of them:

1) Rocky Carriage

During the Rocky Carriage challenge, you must drive the Flower Carriage and control its direction to avoid hitting any obstacles while collecting flowers along your way.

2) Interreflection of Reality and Dreams

Interreflection of Reality and Dreams is a "spot the difference" type challenge where you will enter a special Dreamscape and must locate the anomalies within it to complete the task.

3) Shadow of the Knight's Blade

The Shadow of the Knight's Blade is a combat-based challenge where you need to defeat as many enemies as possible within a given time to earn points.

Completing all the challenges in the Chromatic Ode of Candies and Roses event will allow players to claim various valuable rewards, including Primogems, Weapon Ascension materials, Crown of Insight, and much more. Apart from that, players will also be able to claim a free Candace after meeting some of the event's special requirements.

Feast of Pursuit

Feast of Pursuit is a combat-based event where you must defeat as many enemies as possible within a given time to earn points. Each stage of the Feast of Pursuit event will have its own unique buffs that you can utilize to get more points. Players can earn various rewards like Primogems, Hero's Wits, Character Talent Level-up materials, and much more during this event.

Reminiscent Regimen: Thrill

Reminiscent Regimen: Thrill is a combat-based co-op event where players must team up with one another to enter one of the four randomly selected combat challenges and defeat the enemies in it. You must choose your characters based on the special criteria of the challenge, and you can also select special buffs to aid you during combat. Players can earn various rewards like Primogems, Hero's Wits, Character Talent Level-up materials, and much more during this event.

Marvelous Merchandise

The Marvelous Merchandise event will be making a comeback in version 5.1 of Genshin Impact. During this event, players can visit the NPC named Liben in Mondstadt and offer the materials they have collected in the overworld in exchange for rewards including Primogems, Character Talent Level-Up materials, Weapon Ascension Materials, and much more.
