The Genshin Impact 5.2 update has added new areas and several World Quests, some featuring the little Saurian companion from the In the Footsteps of the Chosen of Dragons series. Travelers can complete these quests to unlock certain locations on the map and earn a good amount of Primogems, Mora, and other in-game rewards.
This article lists all the new World Quests in the Genshin Impact 5.2 update and explains how to start them.
All World Quests in Genshin Impact 5.2
1) Open Your Heart to Me

Open Your Heart to Me is a hidden World Quest in Ochkanatlan. To start it, you must obtain an Ancient Flint Key and use it on a small statue in the Old Core of Chu'ulel.

2) Sauro-Vet's Dilemma
Teleport to the waypoint on the ground south of the Tenebrous Papilla boss and head north. Climb the cliff and keep going north until you find an NPC being attacked by a Qucusaur. Approach them to trigger the Sauro-Vet's Dilemma quest.

3) Charge Forward! Go, Go, Go!
Teleport to the southernmost waypoint in the Tezcatepetonco Range and head southwest to find a kid on a floating platform with the balloon. Landing on the platform will automatically trigger the Charge Forward! Go, Go, Go! quest in Genshin Impact.
However, reaching the platform can be slightly difficult since it is very high in altitude. An easy way to get there is to climb the cliff and blow the horns in a specific order to call a Qucusaur. The order to blow the horns is as follows:
- Left > right > left > right
Next, indwell the Qucusaur and ride the wind currents to get on the platform.
4) Molting Season
Teleport to the waypoint southeast of Flower-Feather Clan and go south to find a small enemy camp. Approach the base and defeat the Saurian traffickers to trigger the Molting Season quest.
5) A Saurian Returns to the Nest
A Saurian Returns to the Nest is also a hidden World Quest in Genshin Impact's Natlan region. To trigger it, teleport to the waypoint southwest of Masters of the Night-Wind near the shore and head southeast to find a wooden platform attached to the cliff. Climb it find an NPC and approach her to start the quest.

6) Every Aspect of a Warrior
You can unlock the Every Aspect of a Warrior quest only after completing the following quests:
- Charge Forward! Go, Go, Go!
- A Saurian Returns to the Nest
- Molting Season
There's no specific order to complete it.
7) Vaulting the Wall of Morning Mist
Teleport to the waypoint north of Flower-Feather Clan before going north and climbing the tabletop mountain using Qucusaur's ability. Next, head towards Ochkanatlan to find its Statue of The Seven inside a building. Indwell a Qucusaur using the Spiritsconce on the cliff on the right side and enter the building. Once that is done, follow your Saurian companion and start the mechanism.
This will trigger a cutscene and start the Vaulting the Wall of Morning Mist quest.
8) Adventure in the Land of Mists
Adventure in the Land of Mists automatically begins after Vaulting the Wall of Morning Mist quest in Genshin Impact.
9) Palace of the Vision Serpent
Palace of the Vision Serpent automatically starts after completing the Adventure in the Land of Mists quest.
10) To the Sky-Road
You can unlock the To the Sky-Road quest after completing Palace of the Vision.
11) The Other Side of the Sky
You can start The Other Side of the Sky after completing the To The Sky-Road quest. It is also the first part of the third act of Lost Traveler in the Ashen Realm.
12) Moment of Awakening
The Moment of Awakening quest will automatically start after you chase down the evil dragon in The Other Side of the Sky quest.
13) The Chosen One's Promise
The Chosen One's Promise is the last in the Ochkanatlan's quest series and is triggered automatically after completing The Moment of Awakening quest in Genshin Impact.
14) Incidents Are Ever Sudden
Use the teleport waypoint near the Scorchwind Trial Grounds in "Masters of the Night-Wind" and turn around before indwelling a Qucusaur and collecting the Pyroculus inside the large floating hoop. This will trigger a cutscene and start the Incidents Are Ever Sudden quest in Genshin Impact.
15) Beat the Clock: 24 Hours
The Beat the Clock 24 Hours quest is automatically triggered after completing the Incidents Are Ever Sudden quest in Genshin Impact.
16) An Air Race and an Alibi
To start the An Air Race and an Alibi quest, complete the Beat the Clock 24 Hours quest and talk to the Qucusaur near the Flower-Feather Clan Reputation NPC.
17) Farewell, Final Saurus Cracker
Farewell, Final Saurus Cracker quest is the last part in the From One Case to Another quest chain and is automatically triggered after completing An Air Race and an Alibi.
18) The Lone Isle Named Night
The Lone Isle Named Night is a hidden quest in Ochkanatlan and is part of the In The Footsteps of the Chosen Dragon quest series in Genshin Impact. To start the quest, you must head to the Isle of Tozoz and activate three mechanisms using Iktomisaur's abilities.
19) Stones, Coconuts, and Saurian Traffickers
Use the teleport waypoint west of the Masters of the Night-Wind and head south to find an NPC with a quest marker and an injured Saurian near the sea. Approach them to trigger the Stones, Coconuts, and Saurian Traffickers quest.
20) Friends of Fire and Water
Go to the small camp at the corner of the map in West Natlan and defeat all the mobs before opening all the cages to rescue the Saurians and a Blubberbest. This will start the Friends of Fire and Water quest in Genshin Impact.
21) The Mystery of Tecoloapan Beach
Teleport to the western waypoint near the shore and go to the island covered in mist. This will automatically start The Mystery of Tecoloapan Beach quest.
22) Dancin' in the Moonlight
Teleport to the southwest waypoint in Flower-Feather Clan and glide southeast to find a kid lying on the ground at a small camp. Interact with him and use Iktomisaur's ability to give him some water to trigger the Dancin' in the Moonlight quest in Genshin Impact.
23) Twisted Extension
To start the Twisted Extension, you must first complete the Palace of the Vision Serpent to unlock the Canyon of Dark Currents. Once that is done, revisit the location and go straight to find an NPC named Quenin. Talk to him and visit five locations to defeat the Abyssal monsters to trigger the quest.
