Genshin Impact 5.3 second half characters and banner release 

HoYoverse has finally confirmed the 5-star character banners for the upcoming Genshin Impact 5.3 update. The second half of the new version will bring back two of the most popular characters, namely Arlecchino and Clorinde. This will be the first rerun banner for both characters. Furthermore, version 5.3 will release a new 4-star character from Liyue named Lan Yan.

Genshin Impact 5.3 Phase II banners and release date

The Genshin Impact 5.3 banners have officially been confirmed. Here's a list of all the characters who will be featured in the second phase of the new version:

• Arlecchino (5-star Pyro)
• Clorinde (5-star Electro)
• Lan Yan (4-star Anemo)

This will be Arlecchino and Clorinde's first rerun banner. Both are amazing damage dealers, especially the former. Furthermore, Lan Yan will finally make her debut in the game. Travelers will be able to meet her during the Lantern Rite festival quest.

It is also worth adding that Phase II of version 5.3 will also feature Clorinde and Arlecchino's signature weapons on the weapon banner for a limited time. Travelers can try their luck on the Event banner to get the 5-star weapons.

Based on the previous updates, the second phase of version 5.3 will be released on January 21, 2025, at 6 pm. Depending on the time zones, the exact starting timings of the second half in each server will vary. Here is a time zone used for each server:

• Asia: UTC+8
• Europe: UTC+1
• America: UTC-5

The new banners will arrive on the Asian server first, followed by Europe, and last on the American server. Travelers can check out Arlecchino, Clorinde, and Lan Yan's banner release countdown in each server below.

Asia

The second phase banners will be released on January 21, 2025, at 6 pm (UTC+8).

Europe

The players on the European server can pull on Arlecchino and Clorinde's banner after January 21, 2025, at 6 pm (UTC+1).

America

The second phase banners will be available on the American server on January 21, 2025, at 6 pm (UTC-5).

The banners will be available until February 11 or 12, 2025, depending on the server.
