Genshin Impact reveals Mavuika gameplay in version 5.3 trailer

Mavuika is the first Natlan character to be revealed in the v5.3 teaser. She is a 5-star Pyro character. Fans can look at her activating the tap version of her Elemental Skill (timestamp 2:07), which puts her in a special state where her hair burns akin to fire and the Ring of Searing Radiance forms around her. Afterward, she begins attacking the foe with swift Normal Attacks using her Claymore.

The trailer then shifts to the scene of her using her motorcycle to attack in her Nightsoul's Blessing state, which can be triggered by hold-pressing her Elemental Skill. Then she leaps into the sky with her motorcycle (timestamp 2:30) before crashing down on the foes to deal Elemental Burst damage.

Following the Mavuika showcase, the 5.3 trailer shifts to Citlali — a 5-star Cryo unit. She can be seen using her Normal Attacks to deal Cryo DMG from afar like other Catalyst users. Then, she casts her Elemental Skill to enter the Nightsoul's Blessing state and form a shield around her (timestamp 2:43).

After this, the camera moves closer to Citlali as she triggers her Elemental Burst. During this, she calls forth her companions and hurls them onto enemies to deal Cryo DMG in a circular AoE (Area of Effect).

Lan Yan is an upcoming 4-star Anemo character from Liyue who will be the highlight of the Lantern Rite Festival 2025. She is the first one to be showcased and she can be seen attacking enemies with her Normal Attacks (timestamp 0:42). She is a Catalyst user who uses Ring Blades to deal damage.

Followed by her Normal Attacks, Lan Yan then leaps towards the front dealing damage and forming a shield via her Elemental Skill. Finally, fans get a peek at her Elemental Burst where she twirls along with her ring blades to summon a small tornado.
