Genshin Impact Courier's Trial Keystone locations and Use

Courier's Trial Keystone is a new in-game item that is available in Genshin Impact 5.0. There are a total of three Courier's Trial Keystones, which can be obtained by solving three Relay Ball puzzles in the Ancestral Temple area. Once you collect the Courier's Trial Keystones, you can proceed to begin the "To the Night, What is the Night's" World Quest.

The Courier's Trial Keystones are not locked behind any other quests and can be obtained directly. Read on to find out about the locations of these Trial Keystones in Genshin Impact 5.0, and how to use them.

All Courier's Trial Keystone Locations in Genshin Impact

All three Courier's Trial Keystones are available in the Ancestral Temple area. To get the Keystones, you need to solve some Relay Ball puzzles. However, keep in mind that these puzzles can be solved only after indwelling a Yumkasaurus.

These are the locations of the three Courier's Trial Keystones:

Teleport to the waypoint right in the middle of the Ancestral Temple area, and indwell a Yumkasaurus using the Spiritsconce. Turn north and jump down onto the lower level. Use the Yumkasaur's grappling ability to obtain the spinning yellow Relay Ball.

Once the Yumkasaur has the ball, aim it at the glowing yellow platform and release it. Once the ball hits the platform, the puzzle will be complete. You will get an Exquisite Chest as a reward, with the first Courier's Trial Keystone inside it.

Courier's Trial Keystone #2

Teleport back to the main Ancestral Temple waypoint and indwell a Yumkasaurus using the Spiritsconce. Then, jump down to reach the broken bridge on the east. You will find one Relay Ball, one Ball Path Converter, and one locked gate with a lever beside it. To solve this puzzle, first use the Yumkasaur's grappling ability to get a hold of the Green Relay Ball.

Next, fire the Relay Ball so that it hits the Red Ball Path Converter. The purpose of the Ball Path Converter is to convert the green ball Green Relay Ball into a Red one. Once you have fired the green ball towards the Ball Path Converter, quickly walk towards the gate and pull the lever. The now Red Relay Ball will return and hit the red platform inside the gate.

The puzzle will then be complete, and you will obtain an Exquisite Chest as a reward. Open the chest to collect the second Trial Keystone.

Courier's Trial Keystone #3

Head back to the Ancestral Temple main Teleport Waypoint, and indwell a Yumkasaurus using the Spiritsconce. Then jump down to the lower level on the western side. You will see a Blue Relay Ball, a Ball Path Converter that can be rotated, and a yellow platform a little distance away, inside a gate.

Start by attacking the Ball Path Converter once using the Yumkasaurus' normal attack. This will turn the Ball Path Converter in the direction of the yellow platform in the distance. Doing so will also bring down the bars on the gate behind which the yellow platform stands.

Now grab the Blue Relay Ball using the Yumkasaurus' ability, and fire it towards the Yellow Ball Path Converter. After it hits the Ball Path Converter, quickly attack the Ball Path converter again (using the Yumkasaurus' normal attack). This will open the gate, allowing the Relay Ball to reach the yellow platform.

An Exquisite Chest will spawn as a reward for completing the challenge. You can collect the third and last Courier's Trial Keystone from inside this chest.

How to use the three Courier's Trial Keystones in Genshin Impact

After you have collected all three Courier's Trial Keystones, head over to the location marked on the map. You will find a sealed gate with a door-unlocking mechanism in front of it. Upon walking up to the mechanism, a cutscene with Paimon and an NPC will be triggered, marking the beginning of the "To the Night, What is the Night's" World Quest.

As you continue playing the quest, you will get a chance to open this sealed gate using the three Courier's Trial Keystones that you have collected. Keep in mind that you cannot start this quest unless you have collected all three Courier's Trial Keystones. Nothing will happen if you approach the door without having collected all the Trial Keystones.
