Gifts and Gifts in Return in Genshin Impact is a short and wholesome hidden quest in Natlan. You return to the secret place where you first met your little Saurian companion, who has prepared a few gifts for you. You must also prepare some gifts in return. Completing the quest will give you 20 Primogems, and you can unlock a hidden achievement just for returning to the secret location.

Go to the waterfall near Tepeacac Rise (Image via HoYoverse)

Teleport to the waypoint in Tepeacac Rise and head southwest toward the base of the waterfall to find a few golden pillars. Interact with the glowing spot on the ground. This will teleport you to the secret place where you met the little Saurian.

You will also unlock a hidden achievement called Maybe This is a Good Place to Camp?, worth five Primogems, for returning to the place. Next, follow your little companion. This will trigger the Gifts and Gifts in Return quest.

Look for a jeweler's shop in the Children of Echoes and speak to the shop's apprentice

Head to the Children of Echoes and follow the quest navigation to find Imix. Interact with her to trigger a cutscene.

Interact with the nearby Spiritsconce to transform into a Yumkasaurus and gather all the lost gems and tools by following the cross-shaped targets. Once that is done, return to Kulahaw and advance the in-game time by two days.

Lastly, go to the Children of Echoes and meet Inix. This will trigger a brief cutscene and conclude the quest, rewarding you with 20 Primogems. You can return to the starting point of the quest to find the jewelry on top of the wooden box.
