HoYoverse has released the most recent Developers Discussion for Genshin Impact for July. 1) Encounter Points will be accumulated

Encounter Points is a system introduced in version 4.1 where players could earn Encounter Points by completing quests, opening chests, collecting Occulus, and completing events. Players could exchange these points for Daily Rewards at the Adventurer's Guild and progress their Battle Pass.
It was discussed in the Developers Discussion that from version 4.8 onwards, any excess Encounter points you gain will be converted to Long Term Encounter Points. Spending Original Resin in the game will allow players to convert these Long Term Encounter Points back to daily Encounter Points. For every 30 Original Resins spent, you can convert enough Long Term Encounter Points to obtain one daily reward.
2) Bosses will respawn much faster
With the upcoming patch, bosses will revive in 10 seconds, which will allow players to farm them considerably faster.
3) Spiral Abyss party setup screen has been optimized
From Genshin Impact 4.8 onwards, players will be able to drag character avatars and reorganize them while setting up their teams for the Spiral Abyss. This will make it easier for players to change their characters' positions in different parties.
Additionally, Spiral Abyss has included an Astral Mark Status feature that allows you to mark your favorite characters, making it simpler for you to locate them
4) New review and hide dialogue features
After the release of version 4.8, a review dialogue feature will be added where players can review dialogue records for a particular segment and listen to voice-overs again.
In addition to that, a hide dialogue feature will be added as well.
5) Hide UI feature
Players will now be able to hide their minimap, control buttons, party, and other UI elements. This will allow for a more immersive experience.
6) Challenge gameplay adjusted for some quests
To make the gameplay easier for new players, the difficulties of challenge gameplay for certain quests have been adjusted. These quests include:
- Anti-Raiden Shogun Training
- License to Glide
7) World Level adjustment
Upon reaching World Level 3, players will have the choice to decrease the difficulty if they are having trouble killing enemies in the open world. They will be given a "decrease difficulty" button if every member of their party has died.
8) The difficulty of certain domains in Mondstadt and Liyue has been adjusted
According to the feedback, new players have been facing issues while fighting some of the domains in Mondstadt and Liyue. To address this issue, Ley Line Disorders and certain enemy types will be adjusted in these domains.
9) Past quest resource management reminder
After version 4.8 is released, mobile players will get a one-time reminder to clear the resources of quests that they have completed. This will let them free up more space on their device. This prompt will only be sent to players who have resources that can be cleared but have never used the past quest resource management feature before.
