Seele Leaks, a credible leaker, has shared information hinting at Mizuki's possible kit in the game for when she becomes playable. Previous leaks hinted at Mizuki being a 5-star Anemo Catalyst, and her kit leaks seem to back up that information.
Mizuki's Elemental Skill
Mizuki's Elemental Skill supposedly allows her to enter a floating state, wherein she can deal AoE Anemo damage to nearby enemies at fixed intervals. The damage dealt by all Swirl reactions triggered by her scale off her Elemental Mastery.

Mizuki's Elemental Burst
Her Elemental Burst reportedly deals AoE Anemo DMG and pulls enemies in while simultaneously summoning a small Tapir (a type of animal). The Tapir creates a "Snack" that fellow teammates can interact with. If the HP of the party member who interacts with and picks up the Snack is above 70%, the Snack explodes and deals damage to enemies who are nearby. Conversely, if their HP is below 70%, the Tapir restores a certain amount of HP for the teammate.
If no teammates pick up the Snack within a fixed time, the Snack explodes by itself and deals damage to nearby opponents.
Mizuki's Constellations
According to the leaks, these are some of Mizuki's supposed Constellations:
- C1: When Mizuki's Elemental Skill is used, she marks a nearby enemy every 3.5 seconds. When this marked enemy takes Anemo/Swirl damage, they receive additional Swirl DMG worth 900% of Mizuki's own Elemental Mastery.
- C2: When Mizuki's Elemental Skill is used, 0.02% of Mizuki's Elemental Mastery is converted into Elemental Damage bonus for all teammates who wield Pyro, Hydro, Electro, and Cryo.
- C4: When Mizuki uses her Elemental Burst and a Snack is created by the Tapir, the Snack can both heal and deal damage to enemies at the same time. Furthermore, it regenerates 5 Energy for Mizuki and can be triggered up to a total of four times.
- C6: After using Mizuki's Elemental Skill, all Swirl reactions triggered by teammates have the potential to be CRIT hits. For these types of CRIT hits, CRIT Rate is set at 30% and CRIT DMG is set at 100%.
Mizuki's role in the team
If these leaks regarding Mizuki's kit and Constellations turn out to be true, she will function as both a healer and an on-field Swirl driver at C0-C1. With more Constellations, she can function as a great support character too.
Mizuki can also be used to fill a sub-DPS role in a team that deals damage based on Swirl reactions. She must also have an Elemental Mastery build since a lot of her kit scales off her own Elemental Mastery.
