Genshin Impact Nostoi Region and Sea of Bygone Eras teleport waypoints locations

Genshin Impact players can find up to 23 teleport waypoints in Fontaine's Nostoi Region and the Sea of Bygone Eras. Unfortunately, some of them are locked behind certain World Quests. Furthermore, the new areas require multi-layer maps for exploration, so locating each waypoint can get slightly tricky.

The Nostoi Region has six teleport waypoints: two are in Petrichor and the remaining four are in the underwater Faded Castle.

Teleport Waypoint #1

The first teleport waypoint on Petrichor will be automatically unlocked after the Genshin Impact 4.6 update as long as you have completed the Mondstadt Archon Quest.

From the first waypoint, head southeast and interact with the Statue of The Seven to light up the Nostoi Region map. Next, talk to the two NPCs nearby to trigger The Shadow Over Petrichor World Quest since it is a prerequisite to unlock the Faded Castle. Once that is done, keep moving east to find the second teleport waypoint in Petrichor.

The third waypoint is located in the underwater Faded Castle and can be unlocked while doing The Shadow Over Petrichor World Quest in Genshin Impact.

After unlocking the third waypoint, head east and take the stairs on the left to go upstairs. You will find a waypoint inside a passage in the north on the middle level.

Return to the main hallway of the middle level of Faded Castle. Next, head south and cross the bridge to find another teleport waypoint on your left hidden behind a pillar.

Return to waypoint #3 and head east, but take the stairs in the middle this time, which will lead you to the Exhibition Hall. Keep moving ahead until you find the last teleport waypoint in the Nostoi Region.

The Sea of Bygone Eras has 17 teleport waypoints. You must complete the entire Canticles of Harmony quest series to unlock all the waypoints.

You can unlock waypoint #7 as soon as you enter the Sea of Bygone Eras for the first time after completing the Underwater Nocturne World Quest.

After unlocking the waypoint in Hortus Euergetis, head northwest and stay close to the ground until you find a teleport waypoint. You will also find an Auric Anglerfish nearby, so it is easy to spot.

Enter Portus Anticus through the small entrance north of the previous waypoint. Head deeper into the cave to find the 12th teleport waypoint.

From waypoint #8, go west and close to the ground to find an entrance to the Casereum Palace. Head in and unlock the waypoint.

After unlocking waypoint #17, head southeast to find a small cave entrance. Be careful of the Bullet Barnacles in the passage. You will be able to find waypoint #18 as soon as you exit the passage.
